Today was one of those rare days at practice where it was so challenging, and I pushed myself so hard, that I was on the verge of throwing up and crying. I usually always push myself well and make it through okay, but today my arms, legs and whole body and mind where so beyond tired, sore, and ached that every little movement hurt. Especially doing fly for a long set.
I need rest.
